INFORMATION & COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES (ICT)
GRANT SCHEME
The Programme “Partnership for the Future (PFF)” funded by the European Union and managed by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is pleased to announce the call for project proposals for its “Information & Communication Technologies (ICT)” Grant Scheme. The grant scheme is meant to assist Turkish-Cypriot Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in raising their usage of ICT and to improve the Turkish Cypriot ICT sector’s competitiveness.

Applications from women and young entrepreneurs are particularly encouraged. The deadline for the submission of the applications is 11 February 2008, 16:00.
In order to assist potential applicants; informative seminars on the grant scheme will be organized. The seminars will aim at explaining:
- grant scheme objectives;
- eligibility criteria;
- how the grants operate; and
- how to fill the application forms.
The seminars will be open to public and will take place on 15-16 January 2008 at the following places:
- 15 January: 15.00 – 16.00, Turkish Cypriot Chamber of Commerce, Nicosia.
- 16 January: 10.00 – 11.00, Famagusta Municipality, Famagusta.
- 16 January: 15.00 – 16.00, Colony Hotel, Kyrenia.
