An Introduction to HACCP: All you need to know before you decide to implement it

The UNDP Programme “Partnership for the Future” is pleased to announce the organization of a one day seminar introducing HACCP procedures. The seminar is targeted at anyone operating in the food industry including caterers and food retailers. Under EU legislation, every food operator in Europe is under the obligation to implement a HACCP system. .
The seminar will explain what the EU legal requirements and the steps food operators need to take in order to satisfy these requirements. The seminar will include case studies and real life examples of how other food operators were able to implement HACCP according to their particular needs and risks.
This seminar is designed for 20 participants. Ideally, participants should have previously attended the UNDP-PFF Academy seminar of Basic Level Food Hygiene. Registration will be done on first come first served basis. The workshop will be in English and Turkish. There is a registration fee of 20 YTL. For registration, please contact by 06 May 2008:
