A work aimed for the reconstruction was held at the Colony Hotel on March 20, with cooperation of the Kobi Center and the Chamber of Industry.

At the end of a day-long intensified work conducted by Larry Milner, Managing and Institutionalising Expert, reconstruction and institutionalising process of the chamber within 6-month and 5-year periods were determined.

Managing and Institutionalising Expert Larry Milner has more than 40 years of experience on forming and reinforcing chambers, industrial and commercial associations. He has been developed strategic plans in 17 countries for chambers and associations, and gave lessons on public policy advocacy and on related issues.
