When Minister Sennaroğlu mentioned
about Dubai surmounting the water

“For eleven years, Dubai had very
insufficient rain. We have overcome
the water shortage by purifying the
water from the sea. Now we have water
24-hours a day. We do not have any
problems with water in our houses.
We are purifying the waste water from
the sewer system and using it for
irrigation. We don’t have agricultural
land and production in Dubai. Small
scaled agriculture is being carried
out outside of the city. However,
we are training people to use water
consciously. The water purifying facilities
also have a system for generating
electric energy.
Another product of Dubai is fish.
We are leaving the fish we raise at
the fish farms when they are mature
enough, thus we are increasing the
fish population.”
