In our country the conditions of the industrial areas are so hopeless. Especially the one in Lefkosa has very bad roads, not sufficent infrastructure, compleceted system and management problem.

Municipality of Nicosia is responsible the general picture, but no repairement was made to the roads. All the workers of the region are suffering a lot. Their coplaints are groving and groving. Especially in Winter, the weather effects life negatively there. And the traffic lights at the exit is so bad that nobody can manage to pass quickly. People wait there for ages. The workers are complainig, because nobody has taken care of them for ages.

We are willing to manage Industrial Areas

CTCI asked responsibility to correct the faults of the industrial area. Tunar said government should be the authority to checked them. CTCI made a study on this issue and they want to put it in practice.

As there are a lot of problems waiting to be sold, industrial areas should be in good conditions, CTCI asked the government to be looked after by themselves.'

The problem is not only at Nicosia industrial area. There are similar problems in all industrial areas. They should be privatizatization in order to increase the quality and quantity.

Tunar said, government should give the management to the industrial area to ordinary people. If they do so, it is obvious that the area will be clean, tidy, organised, and better than ever.
